Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 September 2026

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using ValidWallet you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Non-custodial service & your responsibility

ValidWallet is a self-custody tool. You are the sole holder of your recovery phrase and private keys, and you are solely responsible for:

Eligibility

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use crypto services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.

Third-party services

Buying, selling, price data, bridging and trading rely on independent third parties (for example on/off-ramp providers, market-data providers and the Hyperliquid protocol). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, fees, availability or content.

No financial advice

Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You make your own decisions.

Risk disclosure

Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk. Please understand the following before using the app:

Only use funds you can afford to lose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ValidWallet for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or financing illegal activity, and not to interfere with or attempt to compromise the app or its providers.

Availability & “as is”

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and prices or data shown may be delayed or, in demo builds, illustrative only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValidWallet and its contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the app, your keys, third-party services or the blockchains you interact with.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The governing law and dispute-resolution venue will be specified by the operator for its jurisdiction. Questions? Contact hello@superwallet.app.
